An exceptional meeting with Edouard Elias hosted by Dimitri Beck, Polka‘s Director of Photography. As a photojournalist, Edouard Elias documents social and humanitarian crises around the world: wars, exoduses, repression, poverty. As much concerned with the stories he gathers from his subjects as with how they are perceived by the public, he explores all the processes that enable him to create a link with his stories that is more than simply informative.
This meeting will be an opportunity to look back at his work and the highlights of his career.

On this day, discover a virtual exhibition, the result of portfolio readings organised by Nikon. 12 series selected from a variety of geographical areas: Ukraine, Yemen, Iran, West Bank, Haiti… Through the lens of 12 photojournalists: Lyam Bourrouilhou, Adèle Cadrot, Giles Clarke, Thomas Dévényi, Stéphane Duprat, Vincent Enot, Fiora Garenzi, Antoni Lallican, Dimitri Lanctuit, Arthur Larie, Lucien Migné and Robin Tutenges.
