2016 Jury Chair
Born in 1944, Jean Claude Guillebaud is a journalist, writer and publisher. He was a special correspondent and war correspondent for the newspaper Sud Ouest, for Le Monde and then for Le Nouvel Observateur from 1968 until 1994.
